Ashbourne Rugby are delighted to offer to all our Youth Boys Players – specific Strength sessions focused on relevant age grades.

This is a great way to give correct teaching of core strength techniques with a qualified instructor and programmes given to follow for each participant.

From Monday Week 12th of June @ Ashbourne Rugby Club Gym

U14's to U16's @ 6.30pm

U17's to U18.5's @7.30pm
